Thunderbird Resources Limited is set to raise approximately $2.77 million before costs through a 1 for 2 pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer, pricing new shares at $0.03 each. The offering, underwritten by RM Corporate Finance Pty Ltd, is slated to close by 5.00pm AWST on 26 June 2024, with the company retaining the right to extend the closing date. Eligible shareholders are advised to consult with financial advisors and read the offer documents thoroughly before participating in the offer.
