Thunderbird Resources Limited is raising approximately $2.77 million through a non-renounceable entitlement offer of new shares at $0.03 each, exclusively available to eligible shareholders in Australia, New Zealand, and specific Canadian provinces. Due to regulatory and cost constraints, the offer is not extended to shareholders outside these regions, who are subsequently classified as Ineligible Foreign Shareholder and are not required to take any action. The company expresses regret to those ineligible but appreciates their continued support.
