Thunder Gold Sells Stake in Namibia Copper Property

White Metal Resources (TSE:TGOL) has released an update.

Thunder Gold Corp, previously known as White Metal Resources, has divested its remaining 25% stake in the Dor-Wit copper property in Namibia to Noronex Limited, receiving 5.5 million Noronex shares and a US$1 million deferred payment post-feasibility study. This strategic move allows Thunder Gold to concentrate on its main gold project, Tower Mountain, in Ontario, while strengthening its shareholding in Noronex to 11 million shares. The deal also includes a conditional 25% net proceeds entitlement from the sale of the Dordabis license within the next six months.
