Thunder Gold Corp, formerly known as White Metal Resources, has successfully completed the initial tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising approximately $663,500 through the issuance of over 22 million units. These funds will primarily support general working capital needs and further the development of the company’s Tower Mountain Gold Property. The financing also included finder’s fees and a subscription by an insider, adhering to regulatory exemptions.
