Through this deal, ThreeD Capital acquired over two million common shares and warrants of Lophos, at a notable deemed price, without paying any commission or finder’s fees. This strategic investment aligns with ThreeD’s focus on junior resources and disruptive technologies, enhancing their diverse investment portfolio.
