ThreeD Capital Inc., a venture capital firm specializing in junior resources and disruptive technologies, has announced a private placement financing to raise approximately $1.5 million by selling over 5.5 million units at $0.27 each. These units include a common share and a purchase warrant, which allows the holder to acquire additional shares at $0.40 within a 36-month period. The financing aims to support the company’s strategy of investing in early-stage companies and providing them with advisory services.
