Thor Industries (THO) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
THOR Industries, Inc. has added Jeffrey D. Lorenger to its Board of Directors, bringing his expertise as the current President, CEO, and Chairman of HNI Corporation to the table. Lorenger will contribute to the Environmental, Social, Governance, and Nominating Committee, as well as the Compensation and Development Committee, until the next annual shareholders’ meeting. He will be compensated in line with THOR’s practices for non-employee directors, including a cash retainer and restricted stock units. No conflicts of interest were reported regarding his appointment.
