Thor Explorations Ltd. announced the release of a report by the Inter-Ministerial Fact-Finding Committee regarding a dispute between its Nigerian subsidiary, Segilola Resources Operating Limited (SROL), and the Osun State Government. The report confirmed SROL’s compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and invalidated a tax invoice of ₦3.25 billion, recommending a revised tax invoice of ₦98,347,105.18. It also found no evidence of environmental pollution by SROL. The company remains committed to resolving outstanding issues with the Osun State Government and continues to engage in community development initiatives in Osun State.
