Thor Explorations Ltd. has disclosed that Adrian Coates, the company’s Non-Executive Chairman, has engaged in ‘Bed and ISA’ transactions, transferring a total of 105,000 Common Shares from his share dealing account into his ISA account. Despite this transaction, Coates’ beneficial ownership in the company remains the same at 0.27% of Thor Explorations’ total issued share capital.
