Thor Energy PLC has established a joint venture with Investigator Resources Limited, enabling the advancement of the Molyhil and Bonya Projects in Australia’s Northern Territory. The deal includes a $1 million investment from IVR for a 25% stake in the Molyhil tenements and the acquisition of Thor’s 40% interest in Bonya tenement EL29701. This strategic move allows Thor to concentrate on its priority uranium and copper projects in the USA while maintaining a significant interest in Molyhil.
