Thor Energy Plc directors Nicole Galloway Warland and Alastair Clayton have increased their stakes in the company, following a recent share allotment at A$0.013 per ordinary share. This move comes after a shareholder-approved placing of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares, in which the directors participated on equal terms with other investors. Their increased investment reflects a growing confidence in the company’s prospects and aligns their interests more closely with those of other shareholders.
