On February 13, 2025, Thomson Reuters announced its voluntary transfer of the U.S. stock exchange listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Global Select Market, with trading expected to commence on Nasdaq on or about February 25, 2025. This strategic move positions Thomson Reuters among some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies on Nasdaq, although its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange remains unaffected, and the ticker symbol ‘TRI’ will continue to be used on both exchanges.
