Third Reef Pty Ltd has emerged as a substantial holder in Latitude 66 Limited, acquiring 14,864,865 ordinary shares which translate to an 8.35% voting power in the company. This stake was obtained on June 18, 2024, with Josh Welch, Director of Third Reef, signing off on the acquisition. The transaction includes both cash and non-cash considerations under a takeover scheme.
