Think Research Corporation is moving forward with its going-private transaction, with Beedie Investments Ltd. set to acquire all outstanding common shares at $0.32 each. The go-shop period, which allowed for alternative acquisition proposals, concluded without any such offers. Shareholders will vote on the transaction in a special meeting on April 4, 2024, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2024.
