THG PLC has successfully raised approximately £95.4 million through the issuance of new Ordinary Shares, representing 14.6% of its existing shares. The capital raised will support funding for IngenuityCo and general corporate purposes, with retail investors participating alongside institutional investors at a 5.2% discount. This fundraising effort reflects THG’s strategic move to enhance its financial position and engage its shareholder base.
