TheWorks.co.uk plc, a value retailer specializing in arts, crafts, and books, disclosed that Kelso Group Holdings Plc acquired 100,000 of its ordinary shares, now holding a 6.15% stake. Non-Executive Directors John Goold and Mark Kirkland, also directors at Kelso, are thus associated with a significant shareholder but have no direct shares in The Works. The transactions took place on the 27th and 28th of June 2024, with the shares bought at an average price of 24.33p.
