Theta Gold Mines Ltd. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, securing US$2 million in additional funds. The company issued over 22 million new shares at a discounted price and nearly 11.24 million unlisted options to sophisticated investors, with the placement managed by Golden Asian Investment Group. The proceeds will support Theta Gold’s gold mining projects in South Africa, including the construction of a new processing plant and the development of high-grade gold assets.
