Theta Gold Mines Limited has announced a proposed issuance of securities, including options with a 2-year expiry and an 8% discount to the 15-day VWAP, not less than $0.13. The company plans to issue a maximum of 58,461,071 options and 116,922,142 ordinary fully paid securities, with a proposed issue date of May 6, 2024.
