Theta Gold Mines Ltd. has announced a delay in the settlement of Tranche 1 from its Equity Funding Placement with Hong Kong Ruihua Investment Management, expected to complete by the end of June. Ruihua remains committed to a $10 million placement, with further updates imminent once funds are received and new shares issued. Shareholders can anticipate a General Meeting in July to discuss Tranche 2 of the Placement.
