Therma Bright Inc. is set to raise up to CAD$6 million through a non-brokered private placement and a concurrent LIFE Financing, issuing common shares at CAD$0.06 each, without warrants. The proceeds will bolster working capital for sales, marketing, and general operations, with the first tranche expected to close around October 18, 2024. These offerings will be available to investors in Canada, excluding Quebec, and will not have a hold period, as per Canadian securities laws.
