CSR Ltd has been informed by The Northern Trust Company that as of April 26, 2024, it has ceased to be a substantial holder in the company. This update follows substantial changes in relevant interests involving millions of fully paid ordinary shares, managed by various Northern Trust entities on behalf of investment management clients without direct consideration for the securities.
