The Andersons (ANDE) has provided an update.
The Andersons, Inc. has announced the elevation of William E. Krueger to President and CEO, starting October 1, 2024, succeeding Patrick E. Bowe, who will transition to Executive Chair. Krueger, with extensive industry experience and leadership roles including CEO of Lansing Trade Group, joins the Board on the same date. He’s set for a $1M base salary with performance-based bonuses and equity incentives. Bowe’s new role comes with a $500K salary and similar bonus structure. The appointments mark a strategic leadership realignment for the Company, aiming to steer future growth and market positioning.
