Tharisa PLC, a mining and metals company, has reported the purchase of its own shares as part of its previously announced share repurchase programme. The company executed transactions on both the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange between June 10 and June 14, 2024. These recent acquisitions have brought the total number of shares in issue to 302,596,743, with 3,964,541 held in treasury, affecting the total voting rights in the company.
