Thames Ventures VCT 1 plc and Thames Ventures VCT 2 plc have announced discussions on a potential merger via a scheme of reconstruction, subject to shareholder approval. The proposed combination would involve transferring all assets of TV2 to TV1 and issuing new ordinary shares in TV1 to TV2’s shareholders. Details of the transaction are expected to be released between August and September 2024.
