Thales has declared an interim dividend of €0.85 per share for 2024 and is reducing its capital by cancelling over 4 million treasury shares, which is 2.03% of its share capital. The dividend will be paid on December 5, 2024, following its detachment on December 3, 2024. This capital reduction follows the completion of a buyback program and will not affect the company’s consolidated accounts or net earnings per share.
