Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (THBEV) has received approval from the Singapore Exchange to continue using its market capitalization as of the last financial year-end as the basis for calculating materiality thresholds. This decision is due to THBEV’s significantly low net tangible assets compared to its market capitalization of approximately S$13.30 billion. This approach will be used for the financial year ending September 30, 2025, ensuring a more meaningful assessment of materiality.
