Ms. So’s departure is amicable, with no disputes or issues to report to shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Ms. Tsui Wai Ting Rosalie has been appointed as her successor, bringing over 13 years of experience in the finance sector to the company’s board and committees.
