Texas Capital Bancshares Announces Executive Transition and Election Results

Texas Capital Bancshares (TCBI) has provided an announcement.

Tim J. Storms, Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer of the Company and Texas Capital Bank, is set to retire around June 15, 2024, prompting a search for his successor and consultancy to ensure a smooth transition. At the Annual Meeting on April 16, 2024, all twelve director nominees were elected to serve until the next meeting, Ernst & Young LLP was ratified as the independent auditor for the year, and the executive officers’ 2023 compensation received advisory approval from the shareholders.
