Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited has announced a significant change in their financial reporting structure, aligning with their Pivot to Growth strategy. Starting January 1, 2024, Canada will be separated from Teva’s North America segment and included in the International Markets segment. The United States will now constitute the entirety of the North America segment, to be known as the “United States Segment.” To aid investors, Teva is providing a recast of historical results reflecting this change, with the first quarter of 2024 financial statements set to debut the new structure.
