Tetragon Financial Group Limited has announced a dividend of $0.11 per share for Q1 2024, with payment options in cash or stock for shareholders who make their election by May 15, 2024. The cash dividends can also be received in Sterling, and the dividend rights can be converted into shares based on a reference price of $9.68. The company’s shares are listed on Euronext Amsterdam and the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange, with certain restrictions on ownership.
