Tetragon Financial (GB:TFG) has released an update.
Tetragon Financial Group has announced a dividend of $0.11 per share for the first quarter of 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for May 2nd and payment starting from May 28th. Shareholders have the option to receive this dividend in Tetragon shares or in Sterling if they make their elections by May 15th, otherwise, it will be paid in cash in U.S. dollars. Tetragon is a Guernsey-based closed-ended investment company with shares listed on Euronext Amsterdam and the London Stock Exchange.
