Tesco plc (GB:TSCO) has released an update.
Tesco PLC has advanced its share buyback program by purchasing 1,563,575 ordinary shares at an average price of 307.75 pence each on June 21, 2024, as part of a £1,000 million scheme. These shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 6,934,418,156. The transaction was executed through Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
