Terumo Corporation has finalized the offer price for its secondary offering of common stock in the international markets, with 73,211,900 shares priced at 2,493.5 yen per share, amounting to a total of 182,553,872,650 yen. The shares are to be sold by several shareholders, including MUFG Bank and Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance, with settlement scheduled for September 13, 2024. The offer price represents a 4% discount from the closing price on the Tokyo Stock Exchange as of the base date, September 10, 2024.
