Tertre Rouge Assets PLC (GB:TRA) has released an update.
Tertre Rouge Assets PLC has announced its intention to delist from the London Stock Exchange, with the expected delisting date being on or around August 15, 2024. The company had previously disclosed this move on July 15 and is now confirming the application process with the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange. Following the delisting, Tertre Rouge Assets will no longer adhere to the regulatory demands of companies on the standard segment of the Official List or traded on the Main Market.
