Tertiary Minerals PLC has successfully formed Copernicus Minerals Limited with Mwashia Resources Limited, consolidating ownership of three exploration licenses in Zambia following government approvals. The new joint venture simplifies Tertiary’s corporate structure in the region and paves the way for joint venture consideration with third parties. Drilling is already underway in the area, signaling a proactive field season for the partners.
