TerraCom Director Increases Stake in Company

TerraCom Limited (AU:TER) has released an update.

TerraCom Limited has reported a change in the indirect interest of director Glen Lewis, who acquired an additional 498,000 fully paid ordinary shares on the market, raising his total indirect holdings to 2,604,354 shares. The transaction, executed on 5 September 2024, was conducted at $0.1767 per share, and there were no changes in director’s interests in contracts.
