TerraCom Director Boosts Shareholding

TerraCom Limited (AU:TER) has released an update.

TerraCom Limited has disclosed that Director Mark Lochtenberg has increased his stake in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring an additional 2,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.1653 per share. The transaction, which took place on September 18, 2024, raised Lochtenberg’s indirect ownership to 14,502,393 shares, held by Rigi Investments Pty Ltd, where he is a Director and Shareholder.
