Terra Balcanica Expands with Saskatchewan Uranium Assets

Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (TSE:TERA) has released an update.

Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a complete interest in a portfolio of uranium exploration licenses in Saskatchewan, Canada. The company will obtain the properties from Fulcrum Metals Plc. through a structured payment plan, including cash and common shares over four years, with additional commitments to meet minimum work expenditures. The acquisition will give Terra access to territories in the uranium-rich Athabasca Basin, responsible for about 20% of the global uranium supply.
