These options, which are not subject to shareholder approval, are to be vested over approximately 47 months and can be exercised within a 7-year period from the date of grant. The grant is part of the company’s long-term incentive plan for employees and is in compliance with the Listing Rules, ensuring no individual grantee exceeds the 1% share limit.
