Tencent Music Entertainment (TME) has released an update.
Tencent Music Entertainment Group has announced the record date for shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders must register by May 21, 2024 in Hong Kong or by May 20, 2024 in the Cayman Islands for ordinary shares, and by May 21, 2024 U.S. Eastern Time for ADS holders. Detailed information regarding the AGM will be provided to eligible shareholders along with proxy materials in the near future.
