Tencent Music Entertainment Group is calling on its Class A and Class B ordinary shareholders to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 28, 2024, in Hong Kong, with voting rights set at one vote per Class A share and fifteen votes per Class B share. Shareholders must submit their proxies by June 26 to participate, and even if they do, they can still attend in person. The meeting will cover resolutions outlined in the notice, and the Chairman is expected to vote for the resolutions in the absence of specific instructions from shareholders.
