Tencent Music Entertainment Group has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 28, 2024, in Hong Kong, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions including the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Auditor and the re-election of Ms. Min Hu as a director. Shareholders as of May 21, 2024, will have the right to vote in person or by proxy at the AGM. The AGM will also involve the presentation of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.
