Tempus Resources Ltd has entered into an Earn-in Agreement with Blackdome Mining Ltd for the staged divestment of the Blackdome-Elizabeth project, aimed at reducing holding costs and prioritizing the company’s copper and base metals strategy. The agreement includes a total cash consideration of about C$150,000, and upon completion, Tempus will retain a 0.5% net smelter royalty. This strategic move complements their focus on advancing new copper and base metal projects, including the Prescott Base Metals Project.
