TELUS International Announces Executive Shake-Up and Revised Financial Outlook

TELUS International (CDA) (TSE:TIXT) has released an update.

TELUS International (CDA) Inc. has announced significant executive changes effective September 3, 2024, with Jeff Puritt retiring as President and CEO to become Executive Vice-Chair of the board, while Jason Macdonnell steps in as acting CEO and President of TELUS Digital Customer Experience. Tobias Dengel will take on the role of President of TELUS Digital Solutions. These leadership transitions coincide with the company’s revised full-year financial outlook for 2024, projecting lower revenues and earnings than previously anticipated.
