Telstra Corporation Limited has announced its agreement to sell a 35% shareholding in Foxtel to DAZN, a global sports streaming platform, for $128 million. This move aligns with the strategic transformation of Foxtel, which has introduced streaming services like Kayo and Binge. The sale, expected to finalize in the first half of 2025, marks a new phase for Foxtel within a global platform, as Telstra retains a 3% shareholding in DAZN.
