Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the termination of lock-up agreements with its Joint Lead Managers after deciding to withdraw from its U.S. initial public offering process. Consequently, these managers no longer hold a substantial interest in the company’s securities. The cessation of this substantial holding was formally notified in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.
