Televisa Q2 2024: Revenue Falls, Cash Flow Grows

Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (TV) has released an update.

Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. reported a decline in second-quarter 2024 revenues by 5.8% and operating segment income by 7.7%, while its operating cash flow grew by 37.8%. The results were affected by a significant decrease in revenue at their Sky segment, with a 13.3% drop due to a reduction in the RGU base. Despite these challenges, the company successfully closed the acquisition of AT&T’s participation in Sky Mexico and expanded its fiber-to-the-home network, reaching nearly 19.8 million homes.
