Telenor (GB:0G8C) has released an update.
Telenor ASA has effectively reduced its share capital by NOK 186.6 million through the cancellation of over 14 million of its own shares and the redemption of approximately 16.8 million shares from the state. As a result, the new share capital stands at NOK 8.21 billion, split into 1.37 billion shares, each valued at NOK 6.
