Telefonica Brasil (VIV) has released an update.
Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced the unanimous approval of their 2nd Incentive Plan via Performance Units with cash settlement, spanning three cycles from 2024 to 2028. The plan, recommended by the Appointments, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee, aims to align the interests of its participants with the company’s performance. The Board has also endorsed a global limit for the units tied to company shares and authorized necessary actions to implement the resolution.
