Telefônica Brasil S.A. has completed the strategic acquisition of IPNET Serviços em Nuvem e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas Ltda. and its American counterpart for a deal worth up to R$230 million, contingent on performance milestones. This move aims to expand their subsidiary TCloud’s product range and enhance its professional and managed services, thus accelerating growth and bolstering their B2B digital ecosystem with innovative solutions.
